I create the container so students feel safe enough to open themselves up to exploring these conversations & help them feel more conscious in how they navigate life..

Sex ed & Well being workshops for Teens.

 

We allow the conversation around sex, sexuality, our relationship with our bodies, life. We open ourselves up to the possibilities of how we can deepen our connection with our friends, and close relationships. We look to how we are in our current relationships and how we would like to relate differently. We explore these topics deeper than before.. A sex Ed class would be a space for teens to explore their current belief systems, Unpack what it means to them & then consciously choose how they would now like to relate to these subjects instead.

We explore what sexuality means to them in their current lives, & how they now would like to relate after bringing conscious awareness to these topics.. they might feel like venturing new parts or aspects of their sexuality from a relatively new approach and way forward individually to them, they may feel that it is absolutely needed to share in there findings with their classmates or friends to feel accepted by others or seen in their findings. They are not to be shamed for their exploration in their sexuality as it is absolutely particular to them & how they wish to express themselves. 

Inclusion & non exclusivity for each woman or man to explore their sexuality & what it looks like for them. They can begin to discover their own voice, expression and meet parts of themselves they hadn't explored or met before. This will be like meeting a new part of themselves..It will be an adventure in exploring their sexual self while realizing they have also never been apart from it.

We will see how Breath, Touch, Sound & Movement brings improved well being & Create overall Inner & outer balance in their lives. Learning how to allow, release & move emotions through the body in a safe & embodied way too!

Learn how to enhance well-being, how to hold themselves during times of high stress or anxiety.. how to move emotions safely through the body.. Self-care tips.. Sex Education being taught from a more ancient & sacred approach to woman/ manhood. Not just Scientific or clinical ways of teaching young adults about their bodies...

Breath work - When we incorporate breath work into our lives, we increase the oxygen intake in our cells which helps for better blood flow/circulation. 

Touch - Introducing light touch.. for eg caressing the body in a loving way can really help us tap into deeper sensation of what is alive in the body & the feelings that are present or wishing to move. If we track the body through touch we will find that it can help us to deepen the connection with our sensations and therfore our feelings and emotional bodies...

Movement - by moving our bodies we can create more flow and remove any tension in the body. As we create a deeper body connection through Movement we can also build the relationship with how we intuit the bodies information. 

Sound - When we allow ourselves to make sound from whatever sensations are arising, we are allowing the emotion or sensation to fully pass through our bodies & systems & thus - the tension releases. Just like when we experience something painful, we want to move the pain from creating loud sound to create relief. or when we experience an endorphin high of some sort for e.g experience an Orgasm we are allowing sound to vibrate through us & our cells creating even deeper capacity to feel pleasure. Sound has the ability to either amplify a sensation or create relief around a sensation.
